About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director Marketing Science to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our marketing science team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with senior clients, providing business insight, technical leadership, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop marketing science relationships with senior clients
  • Provide business insight, technical leadership, and quality assurance
  • Lead the delivery of analytics and marketing effectiveness projects for clients
  • Support agency strategists and media planners with analytical decision support
  • Evangelise and embed insights generated on analytics projects into decision-making
Requirements
  • Numerate/analytics degree such as statistics, econometrics, mathematics, sciences, or economics
  • Extensive experience using analytical methods within an agency/consultancy or marketing analytics team
  • Proven track record of delivering analytical projects for clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client marketing and business challenges
  • Ability to diagnose marketing challenges, design analytics-led solutions, and write proposals to pitch to senior client stakeholders
  • Understanding of marketing/advertising and ability to communicate recommendations to clients
  • Ability to quickly pick up and learn business tools to inform decision-making
