Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing technical work using Revit, resource planning, and allocating work to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce technical work using Revit, including site plans, limitation plans, plans, elevations, and working details to recognised standards.
  • Resource planning and allocating work to various team members.
  • Assisting the Architectural team with CAD drafting and technical work.
  • Mentoring junior technologist staff.
  • Working on exciting residential and commercial developments.
  • Producing drawings, models, and schedules using Revit.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good knowledge and practical experience with Revit.
  • Good technical ability and skills.
  • Experience of working in the housing or residential sector is highly advantageous.
  • 4+ years' industry experience.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Slough.
  • Highly motivated and good working ethic.
