About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clerk of Works to join the Guinness Partnership team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our major development and regeneration projects.

Reporting to a Senior Clerk of Works and Construction Design & Quality Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring construction sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with the construction team to develop and implement project plans.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to project team members.
