**As a Reservations Clerk, you will**:

- Have great communication skills and be able to explain information to patients in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand regardingtheir procedures
- IT literate willing to learn inhouse systems and confident mailbox management
- Be confident liaising with Patients, Consultants, Anaesthetists and other internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to step outside of your comfort zone and adapt to challenges at short notice

The breast unit has recently achieved Bupa centre of excellence status and is part of the successful holly oncology unit who also have Macmillan accreditation.

Both the breast and oncology teams are proud to be part of specialist multi-disciplinary teams including ; nurses, consultants in oncology, surgery and radiology, mammographers; And are interdependent on other teams within the hospital
