Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and healthy working environment on our construction sites across the Somerset region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety, and Environment Monitoring: Undertake regular monitoring of health, safety, and environmental processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Site-Based Management: Ensure site-based management is focused on delivering a safe and healthy working environment, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Project-Specific Health, Safety, and Environment Issues: Advise sites on project-specific health, safety, and environment issues, and work proactively to identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Deliver bespoke training to site-based staff and management to enhance their health and safety knowledge and skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with site-based staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health and safety matters.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction or General Qualification: Essential
- Safety and Health Diploma Qualification: Preferable (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ)
- Construction Projects and Associated Hazards Experience: Essential
- Housebuilding Experience: Preferable

We offer a competitive salary between £40-45,000 (dependent on experience) plus car/car allowance, bonus, and other corporate benefits.
