Apprentice Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.
Your Role:
- Assist in the administration of sales and general business operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and registering customers for property viewings.
- Conduct property viewings and canvassing for potential business and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the property buying and selling process.
- Work closely with the branch manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Full UK driving license or willingness to learn.
Training and Development:
- Ongoing training and support in the workplace, including virtual learning platform and 1-2-1 skills coach support.
- Opportunity to work towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification and achieve Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
