About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Process deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with a preference for fashion brands
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
  • Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work at times that suit you
  • No weekend working

DCK Group is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Working with Us:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. You will be required to have a full, valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for individuals who are available to start as soon as possible.
