Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a full valid UK driving license.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.64.
  • Free jewellery, with the opportunity to earn up to £55 per month.
