Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling stock, and working as part of a small team to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
  • Handle stock with care, receiving and stocking deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and organized store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly goals, ensuring the store is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shifts and tasks.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
