Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.

Your Role:

  • Assist in the administration of sales and general business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and needs.
  • Register customers and assist them in finding their ideal home.
  • Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and provide market insights.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving license or willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to achieving the Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.

Training and Development:

  • Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
  • Virtual learning platform with 1-2-1 skills coach support and learning workshops.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if not already achieved).
  • Potential student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
