Position Overview:

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated social worker to join our dynamic Safeguarding team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the flexibility of a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Duty Service to assess and manage cases related to Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, and Children Looked After Plans.
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments, strategic planning, and interventions for children and families, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for children and their families.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of case records, complying with data protection and confidentiality protocols.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain current with legislative changes and best practices.
  • Participate in court proceedings, providing evidence and expert testimony as necessary.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and collaborative efforts to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:
  • Must be registered with the Social Work England (SWE).
  • Possess a recognized social work qualification and have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.
