Job Opportunity: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef at The Ivy, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will work closely with our Area Chefs to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet The Ivy's standards
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes
