Field Account Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and our Account Managers are pivotal to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service whilst realising the full benefits of our products and services. As an Account Manager you will be out in the field, actively face to face, managing and building long-term relationships with your portfolio of approx. 70 active business accounts within our region. You'll be nurturing, retaining, and growing business opportunities through expanding your accounts into other locations, upgrading, and offering more solutions to help our customers grow alongside Safetykleen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 70+ business accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and products.
