  3. Develop Effective Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop effective Partner relationship strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  4. Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to other areas of the business on working with Partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  5. Present Financials and Trends: Present Partner trends and financials to senior team members, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks in the supply chain, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  7. Commission and Conversion: Monitor and improve Partner commission and conversion levels, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  8. Account Management: Support Account Managers with reporting and partnership programmes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  9. Guest Care: Collaborate with Guest Care to maintain and improve Partner service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  10. Escalation Point: Act as the point of escalation for complaints or major concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  11. System Updates: Monitor and support Guest Care and Account Managers with case management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  12. Partner Visits: Visit Partners within your region, updating systems with accurate information and ensuring a thorough understanding of their business.
  13. Representation: Represent our client in the best possible light, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  14. System Maintenance: Ensure relevant systems are up to date with review notes and Partner information, maintaining accurate and reliable data.
  15. Notification: Ensure teams are aware of pricing and availability notifications, driving business growth and revenue.
  16. Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure accurate Partner content, driving business expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Supply Chain Experience: Supply chain management or account management experience is required, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Relationship Building: Proficiency in relationship building is essential, with a strong ability to develop and maintain key relationships.
  3. Industry Experience: Industry experience is preferred, although not essential.
  4. Motivation: Highly motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude, with a strong desire to succeed.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  6. Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a strong ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
