About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Audit Partner to lead our expanding Exeter Audit Team. As a key member of our Devon Audit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering ambitious plans to significantly increase audit fee revenue over the next five years.

We are keen to hear from experienced Audit Directors looking to progress to Partner level or existing Audit Partners seeking a significant input into a Top 30 firm's long-term strategic direction. You will be joining a business that consistently demonstrates substantial year-on-year growth and regularly wins audit clients from national firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and work with our Exeter audit team to successfully deliver a broad range of Corporate, Not for Profit, and Charity audit engagements.
  • Develop our audit team, including recruiting team members and mentoring Managers/Senior Managers to reach their potential.
  • Work with our Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and deliver our firmwide audit strategy.

About You

To be considered for the role, you will need to be:

  • An experienced audit professional with a strong track record of controlling a diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
  • A strong business developer who can build and maintain contacts and networks within the business community.
  • A strong People Manager who enjoys building and developing a team.
  • Able to access transport and have a full driving license.
