Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Cost Estimator Specialist at 4 You Residential in London. The Cost Estimator will play a pivotal role in managing project expenses, conducting valuations, preparing Contract Sum Analysis (CSA), and compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQ). This position requires close collaboration with project teams to maintain financial efficiency and precision throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project cost control, management, and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed Contract Sum Analysis (CSA) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Implement effective cost planning methodologies.
  • Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to ensure accuracy in financial assessments.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all financial calculations.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork within project teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in cost control, management, and reporting.
  • Experience in preparing CSA and BOQ.
  • Familiarity with cost planning techniques.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial calculations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is advantageous.
