About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to lead our new Specialist Ventilatory Community Home Visits Service. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work closely with our Respiratory Support and Sleep Centre team to provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a five-day community service for our RSSC patients
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures in your area of practice
  • Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to deliver patient-centered care
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including service users, clinicians, and senior leadership teams

Requirements
  • Professional Registration with either NMC, GPhC, or HCPC
  • Advanced Clinical Skills qualification
  • Non-Medical Prescribing if appropriate to registered profession/role
  • Leadership/management course or validated portfolio evidence
