About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our overall reward and benefits strategy to ensure it remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive reward and benefits strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and counsel to the HR function and business colleagues on reward and benefits matters.
- Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle, ensuring that all areas of responsibility are delivered to the highest standard.
- Manage the annual benefits election process and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the benchmarking and market data framework to ensure that our reward and benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Prepare and submit HR year-end reports, including input into annual statutory reports and gender pay gap analysis.
- Undertake additional projects as required to support the development of our reward strategy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including HR, finance, and business leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Experience of using Workday or similar HR systems.
