Job Summary

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy to support business objectives and attract top talent.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs.
3. Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
4. Manage benefits elections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Provide expert guidance on reward trends, market data, and benchmarking.
6. Support the HR function in delivering HR year-end reporting and ad-hoc requests.
7. Contribute to the development of the organization's reward strategy and HR initiatives.

• Proven experience in reward strategy, compensation, and benefits
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Excel capability
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
