Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Energy Transition Execution, Innovation & Partnerships organisation. As a Senior Decarbonisation Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful scoping and delivery of customer engagements that decarbonize logistics for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and evaluate supply chains to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in terms of decarbonisation.
  • Identify customer-specific opportunities to reduce carbon impact through network optimisation, modal shifts, and energy transition.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments to assess the viability and impact of potential decarbonisation projects.
  • Design and manage tools and templates.
  • Develop comprehensive project goals, plans, and governance for each customer partnership project in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project timelines and quality of deliverables are adhered to throughout the project, communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage potential risks.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing best practices.
  • Establish project governance framework and guidelines to ensure adherence to planned timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
  • Own all internal communications during and post-project completion.
  • Document project summaries, learnings, and organise feedback sessions post completion of the projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics).
  • Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge and understanding of logistics and supply chain.
  • Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in tools and software for project management, analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel), data visualisation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI), and network optimisation software.
  • Comfortable with 30% international travel annually and flexible working hours.
