The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team at LGH Hotels Management. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
- Assist in the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff as required.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
- A strong passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
