This exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bravo Networks as a key member of our growing team. As a Risk and Insurance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying placement opportunities to increase partner insurer penetration, driving growth of Gross Written Premium (GWP) with existing partner insurers, and enhancing the Bravo Network income through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and members (independent insurance brokers) to identify new individual cases and markets to approach.
- Maintain a comprehensive internal database of pipeline activity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of insurer appetites, applying this expertise to placement activity within the Bravo Network Membership.
- Stay informed about industry news and developments, as well as the Network Divisions proposition and its competitive positioning in the market.
- Provide an overview of Bravo Networks' strategy and articulate this to members, as needed.
- Work closely with the team to plan and organize activities effectively, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, with current and extensive product knowledge in both personal and commercial lines markets.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- CII qualifications are a bonus, but we offer opportunities for professional development and support to gain industry qualifications.
