Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial insurance clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Policy Administration: Manage the administration of insurance policies, including policy issuance, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in an account handling role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including liability, property, and business interruption insurance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in insurance or a related field, such as a diploma or degree in insurance or a related field.
