Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Insurance Solutions
    • Develop and implement insurance solutions for clients, including risk assessments, policy recommendations, and claims management.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, negotiating the best possible terms and conditions for clients.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage client files and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Process client requests and queries, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance account management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including commercial insurance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
