About the Role

As an Account Handler, you will work closely with our Account Directors/Executives to manage a book of corporate commercial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive the best possible insurance programme and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex commercial accounts, negotiating effectively with insurers to secure the best possible insurance programme and outcomes.
  • Engage with the market within the scope of the broking strategy and matrix, building and maintaining effective professional relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Support other Account Handlers with technical queries as required, assisting with internal technical audits and checking and sending out proposals and policy documents.
  • Deal with mid-term adjustments, renewals, new business quotations, and keep abreast of market conditions and developments.
Requirements
  • Ability to work under own initiative to deal with problems and issues.
  • Quality of advice/Product knowledge.
  • Complaints and Complaint procedure.
  • Quality of Client Files/Computer Records.
