About the Role
As an Account Handler, you will work closely with our Account Directors/Executives to manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with complex commercial accounts;
- Negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible insurance program and outcomes for our clients;
- Engaging with the market to identify opportunities and drive business growth;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers;
- Providing technical support to colleagues as needed;
- Assisting with internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Reviewing and sending out proposals and policy documents;
- Handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business quotations;
- Staying up-to-date with market developments and trends;

- Ability to work independently to resolve problems and issues;
- Quality of advice and product knowledge;
- Complaints handling and procedure;
- Quality of client files and computer records;
