About the Role

As an Account Handler, you will work closely with our Account Directors/Executives to manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Dealing with complex commercial accounts;
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible insurance program and outcomes for our clients;
  • Engaging with the market to identify opportunities and drive business growth;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers;
  • Providing technical support to colleagues as needed;
  • Assisting with internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Reviewing and sending out proposals and policy documents;
  • Handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business quotations;
  • Staying up-to-date with market developments and trends;

  • Ability to work independently to resolve problems and issues;
  • Quality of advice and product knowledge;
  • Complaints handling and procedure;
  • Quality of client files and computer records;
