About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Romero Insurance Group. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of corporate commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible insurance programs and outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures, with the ability to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
