We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Handler to join our team at Romero Insurance Group. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing a book of corporate commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with both clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible insurance programs and outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Support the Account Directors/Executives in achieving business objectives and growth targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions, trends, and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Proven experience in account management, insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
