Job Description

Job Title: Airport Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Air Partner. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights from the Gatwick office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to live daily operational occurrences
  • Work with our experienced Team Leads and Head of Operations to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the Aurigny network
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to meet customers' expectations regarding reliability and punctuality
  • Manage flight plans and slots for all airports on the network
  • Develop and maintain commercial awareness, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Work a 12-hour shift that can change at short notice due to technical or weather issues
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage diaries and email
  • Possess extensive knowledge of PPS (Flight Planning) system
  • Have at least 1 year's experience within a commercial airline operations department

Requirements:

  • Commercial awareness and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in an OCC role with other airlines
  • Extensive knowledge of PPS (Flight Planning) system
  • At least 1 year's experience within a commercial airline operations department
