**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Payroll to lead our large payroll function and drive future improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of payroll services to over 10,000 employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and oversee the team delivering payroll services
* Continuously review and improve payroll and reward services to create a market-leading function
* Oversee key projects in collaboration with senior leadership
* Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements
* Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a similar shared services environment
* Project management and implementation experience
* Team and stakeholder management
* High volume payroll experience
* Strong character with ability to drive change
