About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of lighting, rigging, and other rental assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Efficiency: Safely and efficiently move goods within the operation, adhering to relevant procedures and risk assessments.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles while following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record rental assets using our state-of-the-art RTPro system, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Housekeeping and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Quality Control: Inspect returned goods for damage or missing items, reporting any anomalies to the department supervisor or equipment manager.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and store equipment, adhering to company procedures and policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure stock levels are maintained, and escalate any stock anomalies or inaccuracies to the department supervisor or equipment manager.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills: Strong drive to achieve and maintain high-quality standards, IT literacy, positive approach to the demands of the business, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends, as required.
