Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, inventory, and reporting of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt and despatch of goods
  • Check and inspect goods received to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Update the stock system and keep inventories up to date
  • Load and unload goods from company and third-party vehicles
  • Assist in inventorying and reporting returned equipment to the Campaign Managers
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Valid driving licence

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Forklift Licence (Counter Balance/Reach Truck)
  • NVQ in warehousing and storage
