**Global Inventory & Materials Manager**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Inventory & Materials Manager. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management and optimization of our global inventory across manufacturing sites, service centers, and critical supply chain hubs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual inventory value and turns plans in collaboration with business leadership teams, operations, and finance.
- Define monthly targets with specific improvement plans to realize annual inventory goals.
- Establish a roadmap to achieve objectives, including process improvements, application support tools, policies, and control mechanisms.
- Develop an end-to-end inventory network model to establish baseline process capability and measure system-level performance.
- Establish a robust input/output tracking system and inventory performance forecasting process.
- Collaborate with procurement to improve end-to-end inventory performance through better forecast integration, cycle time reductions, and programs such as Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and continuous replenishment.
- Experience in developing and deploying global inventory strategies and execution plans.
- Strong knowledge in related planning (Sales and Operations Planning), master scheduling, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Broad end-to-end supply chain and operations process knowledge.
- Good understanding of data presentation tools, including Excel, Power BI, and similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in related supply chain, operations, and inventory management roles.
