About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Engagement Manager to spearhead our efforts in supporting the mental health & wellbeing of our staff. This Band 7 role is crucial in developing & delivering effective training programs and engagement strategies that foster a culture of mental health awareness and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop positive relationships with staff and Organisational Development Managers across the stakeholder organisations to support coordination of the operational delivery of training and maximise opportunities for collaboration.
  • Represent the Hub at system, ICS, and regional level in relation to training and development needs.
  • Communicate to all stakeholders both in writing and verbally complex, sensitive, and contentious information, including training needs analysis information and workforce development strategies/proposals.
  • Attend the regional Wellbeing meetings as the Hub lead representative.
Requirements
  • Educated to postgraduate level or significant experience in training and development practices.
  • Experience of developing, producing, and analysing training needs analysis data to support the development of the workforce.
