- Data Centre Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our data centre facilities, including the management of day-to-day activities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate data centre projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to the team, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centre infrastructure.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve data centre operations and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a strong background in team leadership and project management.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in data centre infrastructure, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
