- User Needs: You will work across different departments to identify and develop user needs for digital services, ensuring that user needs shape the scope of digital projects.
- Business Process Testing: You will develop user acceptance testing cases to validate proposed digital solutions against future business processes and user needs.
- Essential: Proficient in MS Office 365 suite, developing and communicating new standards/working practices, first degree or equivalent experience/diplomas, evidence of further professional development, and a credible knowledge of acute hospital processes, pathways, reporting, and organisational structures.
- Desirable: Proficient at MS Visio, Jira suite, and Verto, formal or informal business analysis or project management training, and significant experience of working to different project management approaches.
