Job Title: Compliance & Regulatory Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Regulatory Risk Consultant to join our team at Allianz Insurance Plc. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's governance, risk management, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyse potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the organisation's information assets are safeguarded.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, conduct regular audits, and work with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance reviews and audits.
  • Controls: Perform control testing activities, evaluate internal controls, and document control testing procedures, results, and findings.
  • Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to information security, information technology, and risk management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments, communicate risk and compliance issues to senior management, and provide regular reports on risk management and compliance efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements, and recommend improvements to GRC processes and tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in GRC tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
