In this position, you will be tasked with executing a forward-thinking people strategy, aiding in strategic business planning, and delivering HR solutions that enhance the employee experience. You will work closely with the People & Culture team, offering operational HR support, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the overarching People and Culture strategy.
Key Duties:
- Addressing employee relations issues and overseeing case management.
- Providing guidance and support throughout recruitment activities.
- Implementing necessary organizational design initiatives.
- Overseeing talent management and succession planning.
- Facilitating early career development programs.
- Identifying and addressing learning and development requirements.
- Engaging in reviews of Pulse Survey feedback.
- Administering reward and recognition processes.
- Conducting exit interviews and interpreting the results.
- Managing policies related to parental leave.
- Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and generating reports.
- Collaboratively enhancing people-related policies.
- Fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and navigate change effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent qualification.
