About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisor to join our team at McLaren Racing. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our high-performance business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Work closely with the Talent Attraction team to advise on recruitment policy, process, and interviews/selection.
  • Ensure strong employee relations across the function through the pragmatic engagement of managers and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with the People Partner on talent and succession management processes, including the development of early careers programs.
  • Support the roll out of learning and development initiatives, working closely with managers and the People Partner to implement solutions.
  • Proactively manage parental leave policies and requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relevant HRIS data and reporting to support people strategy, spotting trends and advising managers on implementation of solutions.
Requirements
  • Previous demonstrable HR Advisory experience, including strong employee relation knowledge and case management skills.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A focus on the generation and use of accurate data to inform decision making.
  • Experience of managing change and delivery of projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
