Exciting Opportunity for a People Operations Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a People Operations Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover. This role will support and coordinate systems and projects within the People Operations team and manage the day-to-day data and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable reports, presenting data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Support high-volume annual business activities, such as salary reviews and headcount planning.
  • Produce data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, including attrition and engagement surveys.
  • Maintain the integrity of our people system infrastructure, ensuring data access, permissions, and security.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of our new HR system, including data preparation, setup, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure a smooth transition and provide training and support.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formula development and data manipulation, are essential.
