About the Role

Citizens UK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Manager to join our Communications team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital engagement strategy and leading a small team of digital communications officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in conducting stakeholder analysis and developing tailored digital strategies for various projects.
  • Participate in the development of the communications strategy, contributing tactical and creative ideas around implementation.
  • Shape digital engagement and marketing strategy, ensuring that plans deliver against the influencing goals.
  • Work with project teams to support the development of digital strategies and ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage relationships and communication with external suppliers where required.
  • Identify opportunities, initiate, and grow new campaign tactics.
  • Establish systems for monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators and delivering to time and budget.
  • Provide line management support and leadership on digital engagement, ensuring colleagues feel supported, developed, and valued.
Requirements
  • Background in communications with experience working with digital tools, including analytics tools.
  • Experience working with multiple internal project teams.
  • Experience managing a team, preferably with line management experience.
  • Expertise in managing a website CMS and/or leading on website UX.
  • Experience of working on integrated communication campaigns.
  • Wide range of digital skills across marketing and CMS platforms.
  • Proficient in content marketing and social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to tell stories.

The successful applicant may be required to undertake a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. DBS checks are renewed on a 3-year cycle.
