Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development and Strategy: Oversee the entire lifecycle and strategy of digital product web development, optimizing platforms for online income and engagement.
  • Feature Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement features for digital engagement products, ensuring campaigns, marketing, and activities are audience-centric for maximum impact.
  • Project Leadership: Work collaboratively with colleagues to make informed decisions on approach to user requests for digital engagement platform development, assessing and monitoring plans and budgets for products with web development agencies.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant legislation, regulation, codes of conduct, and policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Web Development Expertise: Excellent comprehension of web development processes and the capability to devise and execute a strategic roadmap.
  • Data Analysis: Robust knowledge of Google Analytics, with a strong ability to analyze and present data.
  • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of CMS management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Project Management: Proven project leadership and management skills in delivering business cases for complex digital products, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Digital Delivery Experience: Experience working in digital delivery/product management, using insights and data to guide decisions.
