Examinations Officer

United Learning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer & Data Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of examinations and data management across our academy.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and produce written policies/processes as required.
- Administer the academy's examinations policy and manage the recruitment, induction, and training of invigilators.
- Collate information from subject leaders, construct examination timetables, and organize exam rooms, seating plans, and distribution of papers.
- Be on call during examinations to ensure proper conduct and deal with any issues that arise.
- Ensure all candidates are registered on the correct course by the specified deadline and enter all unit results and certification claims in conjunction with subject leaders.
- Organize the administration of coursework tasks, module tests, and other external examinations in accordance with regulations.
- Communicate with Exam Boards and subject leaders as required and ensure that candidates are informed of examination regulations and procedures.
- Provide and confirm detailed data on estimated entries and supervise the completion and despatch of all coursework/non-examined assessment marks.
- Arrange for the distribution of examination certificates and liaise with the Data and Examinations Manager and Principal regarding performance measures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good understanding of JCQ regulations and examination procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
