Job Title: Examinations Officer & Data Assistant

United Learning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer & Data Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our examinations process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and produce written policies/processes as required.
  • Administer the Academies Examinations policy and manage the Exam Invigilators team.
  • Collate information from subject leaders and construct examination timetables, organize exam rooms, seating plans, and distribution of papers.
  • Be on call during examinations to ensure proper conduct and deal with any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all candidates are registered on the correct course by the specified deadline and enter all unit results in conjunction with subject leaders.
  • Organize the administration of all coursework tasks, module tests, etc. in conjunction with Subject Leaders.
  • Communicate with Exam Boards and Subject Leaders as required.
  • Provide detailed data on estimated entries and supervise the completion and despatch of all coursework/non-examined assessment marks.
  • Arrange for the distribution of examination certificates and liaise with the Data and Examinations Manager and Principal.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of JCQ regulations and examination procedures.
  • Experience in data entry and management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
