Position Overview

The Productivity Applications Lead is responsible for defining, managing, and executing the capabilities that constitute the Productivity Apps portfolio within the bank. This encompasses a range of tools, including but not limited to Digital Signature, knowledge management, personal process automation, virtual whiteboarding, enterprise social networking, shared task management, low-code app development, and online forms. The role entails overseeing the engineering function that will establish, implement, and continuously enhance the platforms delivering these capabilities within the UKT department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technologies and services that facilitate productivity application capabilities in the UK.
  • Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for these solutions within the UK.
  • Drive the development of a knowledge management strategy and policies regarding artificial intelligence, collaborating with colleagues across the UK to provide guidance and raise awareness on optimal platform utilization.
  • Collect and evaluate technical requirements for new initiatives, manage existing partnerships with infrastructure providers, and ensure the strategic platform's optimal use for the UK bank.
  • Ensure the platform complies with all Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk requirements, including identification, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the professional development and career goals of direct reports, ensuring relevant training and qualifications are pursued and maintained.
  • Stay informed about all developments related to Productivity Apps, including updates, roadmaps, and releases.
  • Coordinate with Handelsbanken's Group function for the delivery of Group-managed applications and services.

  • Experience with DocuSign and Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Platform, Viva Engage, Forms, Planner, Whiteboard, Co-Pilot, and the UK Bank's chosen Knowledge Management platform.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
