Incite Insight seeks a visionary Lead Data & Applications Strategist to guide our transformation into a data-driven organization.

As the driving force behind our data and application strategy, you will champion a culture of insight-led decision making and empower teams to deliver exceptional value through innovative solutions.

  • Craft and Execute Our Data Vision: Develop, champion, and lead the overarching vision, strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for data and applications within Incite Insight.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and guide a team of approximately 20 talented data and application development professionals to achieve maximum impact and deliver results at pace.
  • Champion Data Governance & Quality: Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, stewardship, ownership, literacy, and adherence to industry best practices. Collaborate closely with the CISO on data security and privacy initiatives.
  • Drive Product Innovation: Lead the development of exceptional products that enhance colleague productivity, streamline workflows, and deliver tangible value to Incite Insight.
  • Foster Collaboration & Impact: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify critical data and application needs, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful delivery against established goals.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term objectives with immediate tactical demands.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including architecture, operations, metadata management, data warehousing, data lakes, business intelligence, visualization, data quality, governance, security, and privacy.
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., MS Azure Data Platform) and a deep understanding of full data and software development lifecycles.
