The Platform Owner holds the responsibility within the organization for defining, overseeing, and executing the functionalities that constitute the Productivity Apps portfolio. This encompasses, but is not limited to, Digital Signature solutions, knowledge management systems, personal process automation, virtual whiteboarding, enterprise social networking, shared task management, low-code application development, and online forms. The role is pivotal in the engineering function that will define, implement, supervise, and continuously enhance the platforms that deliver these capabilities within the UKT department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technologies and services that facilitate productivity application capabilities in the UK.
- Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for these solutions within the UK.
- Contribute to the development of a knowledge management strategy and policies regarding the use of artificial intelligence, collaborating with colleagues across the UK to provide guidance and enhance awareness on optimal platform utilization.
- Collect and evaluate technical requirements for new initiatives, manage existing partnerships with infrastructure providers, and ensure the strategic platform's optimal use for the UK bank.
- Maintain awareness and accountability for ensuring the platform complies with all Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk requirements, including identification, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the professional development and career aspirations of direct reports, ensuring relevant training and qualifications are achieved and maintained.
- Stay informed about all developments related to Productivity Apps, including updates, roadmaps, and releases.
- Coordinate with Handelsbanken's Group function for the delivery of Group-managed applications and services.
