Job Title: Application Security Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Product Manager to lead our Product Security team. As a key partner between Cyber Security and technical teams, you will drive leadership of a technical and security-minded team, helping to build the team and focus on working with platform teams to improve controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive leadership of a technical and security-minded team.
  • Help to build the team.
  • Focus on working with platform teams to improve controls providing an understanding of the risks posed by their platform.
  • Prepare, support and influence training and development material to support the Security Champions with subject matter expertise influencing business, technical and security teams in understanding and share knowledge and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Analytical mind, willing to challenge to understand more and seek data-driven opportunities to improve.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with engineering teams (including developers and product owners) to ensure that CISO guidelines are met.
  • Understanding of AWS, cloud, and security development concepts (including the use of security tooling in CI/CD pipelines).
