Job Title: Application Security Director

At Reward Gateway, we're looking for a seasoned Application Security Director to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application security program, including risk analysis, threat modeling, and security assessments.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure security is embedded in product development and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain secure development standards and guidelines.
  • Manage application security tools and integrate them into existing development processes.
  • Provide security consultation to product managers and ensure security analysis is conducted on any changes or new requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a related role, such as Application Security Manager or Security Programme Manager.
  • Understanding of secure coding principles and experience working with cloud-based applications and services.
  • Familiarity with software development and automation tools.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • In-person interview with the Director of Information Security, Product Strategy & Enablement Director, and the Cyber Security Manager.
