Job Title: Application Security Director

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Director to join our team at Reward Gateway. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement application security strategies to protect our systems and data
  • Lead security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and improve security
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide security training and awareness programs for employees
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains strong
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in application security
  • Strong understanding of secure coding principles and software development methodologies
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA are highly advantageous
